This is made up of expatriates, embassy workers, foreign NG0s, tourists and old and young people that travel for vacations and tourism from every part of the world. According to world data info, 66,000 tourists visited Sierra Leone in 2018 and 71,000 visited in 2019. It is expected that PENBAY 20/20 project will attract lots of tourists from all over the world to Sierra Leone.
